1. Binding Acceptance of Terms
This User Agreement constitutes a formal legal contract between you ("User") and SriVridhi Hisaab ("the App"). By initiating the installation, browsing the interface, or utilizing our digital ledger and financial tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these provisions. This license to use the software is restricted to the territory of India. If you do not consent to any part of these terms, you are prohibited from further accessing the Service.
2. Eligibility and Registration Standards
Legal Competence: Use of SriVridhi Hisaab is limited to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Data Veracity: When establishing a profile, you are required to submit accurate and verifiable information. Submitting falsified data or impersonating others is a material violation of this agreement.
3. Account Protection and Security
User Responsibility: You are the sole custodian of your account access details, including OTPs and passwords. Every action performed via your account is legally attributed to you. Urgent Reporting: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must inform us at business@sribachathisaab.com immediately. SriVridhi Hisaab is not liable for damages resulting from your negligence in protecting your credentials.
4. Permissible Use and Restrictions
Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the App for non-commercial bookkeeping and financial tracking. Prohibited Conduct: Users may not attempt to decompile the software, utilize automated scrapers to extract our financial data, or redistribute the App's content for commercial gain.
5. Informational Nature of Service
No Financial Advisory: SriVridhi Hisaab is a bookkeeping and information platform. We do not act as a bank, credit provider, or financial institution. No Loan Guarantees: The product guides provided within the App are for reference only. We do not issue credit or guarantee that any third-party loan application will be approved. Any financial commitment you enter into with third parties is solely at your own risk.
6. Privacy Compliance

7. Governance of Service
System Availability: We strive for consistent uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for technical upgrades at our discretion. Right to Revoke: We reserve the authority to terminate your access instantly if we identify fraudulent usage, system manipulation, or breaches of this contract.
