Used for mandatory identity authentication to prevent unauthorized account infiltration and safeguard financial record privacy. 2.2 Email Address (Optional): Utilized for dispatching financial status updates, facilitating account recovery procedures, and delivering operational security alerts. 2.3 Camera and Gallery Access (Optional): Used exclusively to enable the scanning and digitization of physical bill receipts and customization of user profile avatars. We do not access, store, or scan unselected photo library contents. 2.4 Emergency Contact Details: Acts as an auxiliary security protocol. In scenarios involving suspicious activity detection where primary account holders remain unreachable, we may contact your designated emergency profile to mitigate potential security risks. 2.5 Device and Unique Identifiers (User/Device/Advertising ID, Optional): Used to maintain continuous session stability, prevent fraudulent simultaneous cross-device attempts, and refine service performance. Advertising identifiers can be controlled or reset directly via your system settings. 2.6 Coarse Geographic Location (Optional): Enables automatic configuration of localized regional options, including local currency displays and system timezone alignment for accurate financial entry timestamps. 2.7 Crash Diagnostics and Log Data: System failure information collected upon unexpected application crashes. This metadata enables engineering analysis to fix system bugs and elevate software operational stability. 2.8 Installed Application List: Evaluated solely to identify background software conflicts that could impede SriVridhi Hisaab's core functionalities, maintaining a stable operating environment. 2.9 Call Log Access (Optional): Restricted solely to facilitating automated verification procedures. It detects verification signals to streamline log-in workflows without requiring manual OTP input. Conversation content is never accessed or monitored. 2.10 SMS Data Access (Optional): Limited to detecting and categorizing transaction notification SMS sent by financial institutions, enabling automated expense logging and instant OTP verification filling. Personal or non-financial messages are strictly excluded from parsing or processing. 2.11 Hardware and Network Metrics: Encompasses system storage capacity, battery status, hardware parameters, and connectivity conditions. This data is leveraged to adapt app rendering and storage performance to your specific hardware context.
